After a great away win in the West Midlands over Solihull Barons last weekend, the Nottingham Lions return to the National Ice Centre on Sunday for the eagerly anticipated clash with local rivals and second in the league, Sheffield Senators.

With the Lions beating Sheffield twice already this season, they’ll be looking to make it three out of three before going into the festive break. Furthermore they have a chance to extend their lead at the top of the Division 2 North table to a five-point margin.

Christy Johnson-Brown could return for the Lions on Sunday.

Head coach Matt Bradbury should have both Christy Johnson-Brown and Simon Hunt returning to the side after missing out last Sunday.

So come on down to the NIC and help roar the boys to victory in what will be their final game of the year. Face off is at 7.15pm.
